How long does cleaning take?

Most orders are ready within 2-3 days after pickup. Rush service is available for eligible pairs.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link from your confirmation page or text message. You can also use Track Order with your phone number and tracking code.

Can I change my pickup time?

Yes. Text or call +1 (855) 691-2737 and include your tracking code so we can find your order quickly.

Do you support contactless pickup or delivery?

Yes. You can add safe pickup and return instructions during checkout.

How do I pay?

You can pay online through Stripe when you order, or pay cash at pickup or handoff.
