How long does cleaning take?
Most orders are ready within 2-3 days after pickup. Rush service is available for eligible pairs.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link from your confirmation page or text message. You can also use Track Order with your phone number and tracking code.
Can I change my pickup time?
Yes. Text or call +1 (510) 599-4363 and include your tracking code so we can find your order quickly.
Do you support contactless pickup or delivery?
Yes. You can add safe pickup and return instructions during checkout.
How do I pay?
Please pay cash at pickup or delivery. Online payment will be available in the future.
Why clean instead of replace?
New sneakers require materials, molding, stitching, adhesives, packaging, and transport. A commonly cited running-shoe life cycle assessment estimates about 14 kg CO2e per pair, with manufacturing responsible for most of the footprint.
Water use varies by material and factory process, but a practical estimate for a synthetic sneaker is roughly 300-600 L, or about 80-160 US gallons. Production can also create about 100-300 g of manufacturing waste, depending on materials, cutting, packaging, and factory process.
Cleaning does not erase that footprint, and we do not claim a fixed savings per order. But when cleaning helps you keep wearing a pair that still has life left, it can delay unnecessary replacement and reduce waste.
