Service
BoBoClean provides pickup, hand-cleaning, and delivery for eligible shoes in the Berkeley, CA service area. Cleaning results vary by material, age, stains, oxidation, prior treatments, and wear.
Pickup And Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, address, access instructions, and safe pickup or drop-off locations. If we cannot access the location or reach you, we may reschedule.
Payment
Payment can be made online through Stripe or by cash at pickup or handoff. Orders marked unpaid remain payable after delivery.
SMS Program Terms
If you opt in on the order form or start a support conversation by text, BoBoClean may send transactional text messages about your shoe cleaning order. Messages may include order confirmation links, pickup updates, delivery updates, payment reminders, and customer support replies. We do not use this opt-in for marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies by order, usually 1 to 6 messages per active order plus support replies.
